Shipping policy

How our shirts are made

We're a pickleball club, not a warehouse. Most of our designs are printed to order, which means we make your shirt after you buy it rather than holding stacks of every size in every colourway. It takes longer than Amazon. It also means we can offer every design in every size instead of guessing wrong and binning the leftovers.

Processing time

Made-to-order items are printed and dispatched within 2 to 3 weeks of your order. If we happen to have your size on hand, it ships within 2 business days and you'll hear from us sooner than expected.

You'll get a confirmation email when you order and a tracking number when it ships.

Delivery

We ship within the United States. Standard shipping is a flat $8, and free on orders over $60. Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 3 to 5 business days.
Express shipping is $15. It speeds up the carrier leg only, not the time it takes us to print your shirt. If your order is made to order, the 2 to 3 week window still applies.

Pickup at club nights

If you play with us, choose pickup at checkout and collect your order at any Pickle Match Club event. It's free, and it saves you the wait for the carrier. We'll email you when your order is ready and bring it to the next event.

If something goes wrong

Lost, delayed or damaged in transit — email help@picklematch.club and we'll sort it out. We'd rather replace a shirt than argue about a carrier.

International

We don't ship outside the US yet. If you're overseas and want something, email us and we'll see what we can do.
